- If you forgot your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.
- If you cannot access your account, contact us from the email linked to your SoftCrush account.
- You can update your profile from inside the app.
- You can delete your account from Profile settings.
Safety and reporting
If someone behaves inappropriately, use the block or report tools inside the app. Reports are reviewed by our team.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Password reset
Password reset links are sent by email from inside the SoftCrush app. Open the app, go to the sign-in screen, and tap “Forgot password?” to request a new reset link.
If a reset link says it is expired, request a new one and use the most recent email.
