1. Acceptance

By using SoftCrush you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SoftCrush. By creating an account you confirm you are 18+. We may verify age at any time and terminate accounts that misrepresent age.

3. Community Guidelines

SoftCrush is a safe space for queer and sapphic women. You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and kindness
• Use accurate information and real photos of yourself
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Not share illegal, sexual, or violent content
• Not solicit money, scam, or commercially exploit other users
• Not impersonate other people or organisations

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bio, messages). By uploading you grant SoftCrush a licence to display this content within the app to other users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems
• Scrape data or use automated tools
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users. You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings.

7. Safety Disclaimer

SoftCrush facilitates connections but cannot verify the identity, intentions, or background of every user. Always exercise caution. Report any concerning behaviour and use our block and report tools.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SoftCrush is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, the behaviour of other users, or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftCrush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
